Services

 Residential Habilitation Services provides specific training to improve activities of daily living. 

 Personal Supports is for customers 21 and older who live in their own home or family home. It also applies to those at least 18 but under 21 who live in their own home. It combines the services formerly known as respite care, companion, in-home supports, and personal care assistance. 

 Supported Living Coaching provides training and assistance to support people who live in their own homes or apartments. 

 Transportation Services provide rides to and from the individual's home and community-based waiver funded services.

 We offer consultation services for prospective providers who are interested in becoming a provider or even current providers who need assistance.
